OKAY, so I went to the doctor for Tonsillitis on Tuesday. I was weighed before I saw the doctor and I usually don’t look at my weight but that day I decided I should know. I weighed much more than I thought I would; so naturally I started calorie counting that day. In four days I have been writing down everything I eat, and adding it up, keeping everything healthy and under a certain number of calories. I just weighed myself out of curiosity and I have lost 4 pounds…. WHAT? How did that happen so quickly? I’m not complaining, I am super excited, but holy crap.
